Chips were hard like they were left for a while and pizza was burnt and disgusting

Took an hour and 50 minutes to arrive, they forgot my sauce, pizza was very dry like it had been sitting in the hot bit for ages, the burger roll was so soggy. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
